Down payment assistance programs can help nurses buy sooner with little or no money down.
Nurses with less-than-perfect credit may qualify using FHA loan options. Home loans can start with as little as 3% down for conventional loans or 3.5% for FHA.
Your credit, payment, and savings determine which programs are the right fit for you. Programs with no income restrictions.
We understand the challenges nurses face when qualifying for a home—from shift differentials to 1099 income and travel contracts. We can help.
It all starts here by choosing the best option that fits your home purchase plan.
We will provide you an easy to follow estimate with loan program, closing cost assistance, interest rate, monthly payment and cash to close.
Once you know your options you will be invited to submit an application to start the pre-approval* process.
*Pre-approval is not a commitment to lend.
Buyers must have qualifying income, meet at least 620 credit score and occupy as primary residence. Ask our loan officer for additional qualifications.
We can provide you with up to 5% assistance to pay for down payment and closing costs. For example, 5% of a $300,000 purchase price would give you $15,000 for down payment and/or closing costs. Additionally, the seller can contribute up to 6% towards closing costs as well.
Our down payment assistance does not have income limits, even if you have additional income, such as a second job or spousal income.
We currently offer an FHA loan. FHA loan limits apply by county.
Depending on your scenario, the best rate is typically determined by a higher credit score and a larger down payment. We can provide you with options and let you determine which is best for you.
